Kirsten is a phenomenal listener. I appreciated her taking time to understand some of the peripheral challenges I am working through as an adult child with aging, ill, and disabled parents who live on the East Coast. If I experience a downgrade in my condition, I have confidence that she will see me as a person and not as a patient number.

We love the valet service. This time we were surprised, a bit disappointed to find 2 quarters that we were saving and that were laying on the console in our car were missing when our car was delivered to us when my appointment was finished. We have gladly left a tip in the past as we have totally appreciated this free service.

Excellent appointment

I have a problem with MY CHART. Have many times hit the wrong letter and lost my password that I've become discouraged .I haven't been able to get my sign in info to work My eyesight is also challenging.

I Don't use the digital and there's no answer to indicate this, Kirsten is an excellent listener. Nice attitude.
