PA Kirby Bell explained my bone density results and why she felt having another infusion would hopefully help keep my bone health stable. She answered my questions and my husband's questions. I felt that she did a great job and I'm glad she is on my health care team. And the assistant who checked me in for my appointment was courteous as she went through my med list. So all in all a positive experience.
