I greatly appreciate that receptionists in this department don't have name tags with their pronouns displayed on them any longer. I don't need to have such statements pushed at me when going to a medical appointment. Just be polite and check me in. This is what the person did yesterday.

My appointment was NOT with a medical doctor. However, they were reffered to as doctors by the nurses and front desk. I also had that happen today in Audio. You may need to check into that.

Overall, the experience is good. I do, however, get frustrated with the amount of times I have to answer the questionnaire. Sometimes my appts are close and I have to answer again and again. I know the insurance companies and government have a say but seems the patient is at their mercy.

I really enjoyed meeting Kirby Bell. As I was a first time patient, she was very diligent in reviewing my medical history. I also appreciated all the tratment options she explained.

The visit made me feel very relaxed, very relaxed and comfortable, not nervous at all. Thank you.
