Dr. Lansing has been my physician and friend for 25 years. I always come away from a visit feeling confident and more aware of my options. She is an excellent listener, and experienced diagnostician, and a reassuring friend.

I love Dr. Lansing and am always happy with the care and attention to my health that she gives me. The only issue at my appointment was how long it took for the check out person at the desk to get through on the phone to imaging to schedule an imaging test I needed.

Why is my deductible payment $100 as indicated for a telephone visit? I believe billing has it wrong

Dr. Lansing referred me to another department. I need to be seen in Dermatology. Now it's a waiting game for a cancellation appointment. Dermatology is scheduling appointments into next year.

Dr. Lansing listened to me thoroughly even when my words were not related to my annual visit. She allowed me to process a lot verbally which I found helpful. She did not seem rushed even though I knew I was talking more than usual during my annual exam. She was kind and was listening well, making eye contact. Totally EMPLIFY-ing! Thank you, Dr. Lansing.
