Dr. Hardy did an exceptional job. I'm recovering from surgery from renal cell carcinoma, and have so many questions about moving forward. She stayed late to take the time needed to answer them all; she truly went above and beyond. I feel like she is truly looking out for me and helping me figure out the best path forward.

Getting an excessive amount of reminders

Before meeting with my Dr., I went to the lab to get blood drawn. The women in the lab are always very pleasant and professional. The medical assistant who checked me in to the exam room for my Dr. appointment was new and oblivious. She didn't weigh me. I whacked my knee on a chair when entered no the exam room and exclaimed. She ignored it (though my Dr. asked if I was ok). Following my exam, my Dr. sent me back to the lab for another test. I checked in but was never called into the lab. I waited for an hour and missed my mammogram.

Dr. Hardy is someone I can count on.

Too many texts but the provider and staff are outstanding

Dr. Hardy is a wonderful doctor. She listens to me and my concerns. She makes sure to ask about my mental health too. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Also, Afton, who takes me back to the room and does my vitals is great. She chats with me while getting me ready to see Dr. Hardy. Afton is a wonderful person.

Dr Hardy is the BEST!!!! IF She wouldnt have gotten a cancellation when i needed an appointment,id probablly be waiting till Christmas. And thats the truth.
