I know that Dr. Breidenbach is there for me. If I have a concern, question or problem can contact her by email and she or her nurse always responds with advice or referral. This makes me feel safe and cared for and do not have to worry about having a health issue, questions and afraid to contact my healthcare provider. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to explain things and not dismissive.

My Doctor is so energetic & welcoming. She listens to hear what I am saying & doesn't interrupt with what she thinks I will say. Dr. B. Has a way of explaining things that I can understand. So thankful she is my doctor!

Labs scheduled results the same day! Excellent! Office staff arranged a specialist appointment call back and it happened the same day! It is fantastic to have this service AND it be local!!

Connecting to the video visit(Epic) from the my chart website was not totally user friendly. I have used many tele provider sites, and this one was the hardest. After I was connected, the technology was a clear visual and great volume. Excellent quality.

Answers all questions, explains any medical information with the tests, follows through with referrals and feel I can contact her and she makes sure to respond in a timely manner. She listens to my concerns and feel she supports me when I might need information to make a medical decision that might give me a good life as I age.
