The front desk gave me paperwork for amplify due to the changeover of systems about contact personnel. Basically, the instructions from the person at the front desk contradicted what was on the paper, you know, what the paper was saying had for options and what the receptionist was telling me to do. That was a little frustrating, but beyond that, provider and nursing staff were great. Thanks.

The check in online ahead of time was the only thing that didn't completely work. Otherwise, I had a great visit!

Kim and her staff are so wonderful and always welcoming. I never feel rushed and I always feel cared for. 100% the best there is our there. Kim and cna care and make me feel at home with myself and family.

Everything from walking into the door to seeing Kimberly Tate, to her nurse, to any other staff we passed, everything was just excellent. And the grandbaby is really excited to go to a doctor where she would kick and scream. And we're very happy to have Kimberly Tate as her doctor. And I appreciate everything that was done. Thank you.
