My appointment was late which I do understand. I really like my derm doctor. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient with questions but also efficient. Two thumbs up!

I had a one hour wait and I was told that another patient took my slot and they didn't realize it until they were booked into the room. I want to know how that would happen because any time they take you in a room, they ask you your name and birth date. So how could that have happened? I would like to have information sent back to me about that because that I feel is just inexcusable that I had to wait an hour because of that reason, which is invalid. Thank you.

Our Doctor was stellar; asked good questions and provided good care. The front desk experience was also excellent; prompt and very approachable. See you next year!

Dermatology appointments do not need to arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled time. Dr. Only spent less than that time in actual appointment.

Since Dr Christensen only comes once a month, it is hard to get an appt.at a convenient time.

I waited an hour for my appointment. It was at 9, saw Dr at 10.

I worked as a HUC for 43 years in a other town. I really like the small town vibe and atmosphere as well as your people. Easy parking. Friendly people. Easy to schedule. Nothing negative to say. I appreciate everything and everyone I encountered.

The doctor was quick to diagnose her condition without examining her skin. We both have the same affliction. I spe t the weekend at a friend's over the weekend and had no symptoms of scratching until till I got home. Aren't dermatologist supposed to take skin scraping. Just curious.
