Only confusing thing (and did not relate to staff or care) was after checking in at the check in desk, I received a text asking if I was in the waiting room. I replied yes, then another text came saying that I needed to check in. I went back to the check in desk, and they confirmed I was good to go. Not a big deal, but wonky

I did not have full informed consent. I "consented" to something then learned more about it, making it so I want to change my consent -- that is the opposite of informed consent. And now I have to call and stress about changing my consent because the doctor left and had people who couldn't help me tell me more things and consent to more appointments

I was told that my 11 o'clock appointment was double booked with Dr. Rumball and I feel that I was rushed and there was no time for discussion or explanation and the equipment that I left with, there was not much, an explanation of how to clean or use my brace and I am very disappointed. Thank you. Bye.
