Even though I didn't have a Work Comp claim # with me, I still feel the front desk should have given me the paperwork to fill out with the provider. I called registration with the information after the appointment. Now the provider has to go back and fill this out later.

Dr. Rumball was great. Explained everything, wrote things down for me in anticipation of upcoming surgery, knowledgeable, very patient. The patient assistance was not as personable. Went through the motions of her job with little eye contact or interaction.

Respected my dr. Immediately. I had never seen him before. He was very open with my choices and treatment. I would trust him anytime.

Appreciated Dr. Rumball's excellent clarity in communication and earnest method of explaining the procedures and expectations.

I did have to wait quite awhile once I was roomed. Arrived at 12:45 as instructed, appt at one, not seen until 1:25p. Excellent care however.

Dr R always treats me well and explains everything in detail about the things I have come to see him about.

Dr Rumball was easy to talk with and I'm very comfortable with him as my ortho provider.

Waiting a half hour after appointment time to see the Doctor

Have trusted Gundersen for decades with my health care.

Only confusing thing (and did not relate to staff or care) was after checking in at the check in desk, I received a text asking if I was in the waiting room. I replied yes, then another text came saying that I needed to check in. I went back to the check in desk, and they confirmed I was good to go. Not a big deal, but wonky

I did not have full informed consent. I "consented" to something then learned more about it, making it so I want to change my consent -- that is the opposite of informed consent. And now I have to call and stress about changing my consent because the doctor left and had people who couldn't help me tell me more things and consent to more appointments

Dr Rumball was caring, detailed and very explanatory in his evaluation of my injury.

I have seen Dr. Rumball many times and has treated me with respect.

It's very obvious how caring all staff and Doctor Rumball are. Great attention to detail and taking the time needed to fully inform and take care of me so that all my questions were answered and further appointments set up.

He was very polite, great with explaining everything a very genuine person Probably one of the best doctors I've seen The nurses were also very professional and accommodating
