I had an appointment for an x-ray and was not seen by the doctor. I didn't realize that was going to be the case because I had other issues I wanted to discuss, but I was told there was no time that day. I know they're busy, but I felt like this might've only taken a couple of minutes.

The staff at the Houston Clic are exceptional! From the PA, nurse and receptionist they are great. Thank you for the exceptional care.

I wanted to use MyChart to check in. Something in my chart was incorrect, which should not have happened. Especially being on the same insurance for years. Check in person figured it out while I was seen by the clinician. Kessa- YOU ARE TRULY AMAZING! I had an embarrassing concern that I was seen for. Usually, I am seen in GIM in Onalaska but wanted to be seen asap and close to home. Meeting you for the first time in was nerve wracking due to my concern. You made me feel like we have known each other for years and you understood who I was. I appreciate you so much for making me feel comfortable to address my issue. I loved that you thought about any preventative needs ahead to take care of while I was there. Thank you for making feel human, cared for and valued!

Kessa Seekamp is the most compassionate medical professional. Her scope of knowledge and ability to almost instantly find answers to my many questions are amazing. She resolves my questions/issues every time and never patronizes me. She makes my life a bit better with each medical encounter we have. As a senior citizen it's so nice to have someone not tell me "it's just your age", but actually listen, act and sometimes refer to resolve my health issues. I can't say enough good about Kessa S.
