She is amazing, gentle, kind, compassionate. I would love to have her as a primary doctor. But she said she loves traveling around to all clinics. And she is a NP who is excellent at what she does. I couldn't get into my primary in LaCrescent, or Lacrosse or Onalaska. I got into Houston because someone cancelled. What is going on with trying to get in to see a doctor. Shortage??? Prayers the shortage gets better. All good with this NP. She is so knowledgeable. I enjoyed seeing her.

This was my first visit with Kessa Seekamp and it was most refreshing! She was aware of the details of why I was there, listened intently to my concerns, was kind and PRO-ACTIVE in being sure things would be taken care of (for me to be able to receive Diabetic supplies with all the hoops that Medicare makes one jump through to get them). She even followed up with a note in 'My Chart' with an update on the progress (as she said she would). Her charting in the follow-up was concise and spot on (no errors). I wish I could keep her!!

The NP was great and so was the ma.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The whole system is great.

Kessa, the nurse practitioner had floated to the Viroqua clinic today. She did a wonderful job. She was very pleasant and thorough. Explained what to expect and how to get ahold and f her if needed. It would be great if she could come to Viroqua full time!

In & out in a timely manner Had all tests that i wanted

The provider listened to my concerns and was able to answer my questions. Antibiotics prescribed right away to deal with the infection. She reassured me she would follow up with me in 5 days to check on condition.

I didn't think I could get in as quick as I did , but they got me in and everyone was very helpful and polite and the doctor listened to all my concerns , and I was very happy with the visit

From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the receptionists...very thorough. My appointment started on time. The nurse was knowlegeable of my health and reason for being there. She took my vitals and shared them with me...very thorough. Kessa was amazing. So bright, so positive, so friendly. She game up with a treatment plan which included my input and a followup if needed. She is an exceptional professional.

I would definitely like to continue my care with this provider

I not sure if Seekamp normally talks that loud or she was talking loudly because I am old. This is the first time I've met her. She was very good at explaining and friendly.

My experience was very good. I really like the small clinic setting. I'm sad that Kessa is not going to be my provider anymore, but I certainly understand. I just get tired of your surveys. That's it. Thank you.

Kessa is always very knowledgeable and polite. She explains everything very thoroughly and makes sure we know if we have any other follow up questions too reach back out to her.

I had an appointment for an x-ray and was not seen by the doctor. I didn't realize that was going to be the case because I had other issues I wanted to discuss, but I was told there was no time that day. I know they're busy, but I felt like this might've only taken a couple of minutes.

The staff at the Houston Clic are exceptional! From the PA, nurse and receptionist they are great. Thank you for the exceptional care.
