Care Philosophy

As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I like approaching each patient holistically, considering medical history, psychiatric symptoms, social circumstances and personal goals together. I believe the best outcomes come from understanding the whole person and recognizing the complex relationship between physical and mental health.

Personal Statement

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new cuisines and discovering local favorites, spending time outdoors kayaking and gardening, keeping up with the WNBA and making the most of time with my family and friends. I appreciate activities that help me stay active and connected.
