It felt like as employees, they were being respected, and had that experience to offer patients.

It is my inexperience with digital that gives me a problem. I have difficulty finding the pdf files with instructions from associates.

Very relaxing series of appointments. Due to some poor directions because my phone stopped working, I was a few minutes late to one of them but it was all taken calmly in stride. Thanks!

As I had not met Kendra before, I was a bit concerned as my health issues have been baffling. However, she had met with her team and had a plan of action that made me feel more confident with the next steps.

This was a most pleasant experience. It was a consult appt. From the beginning to the end of the appt it was very thorough and I felt very valued as a person/pt. Due to being elderly I often do not feel that way not only in the medical world but in the outside world as well. This appt was "like a breath of fresh air."

I guess I'm just not feeling the best yet. She put me on an ambulizer and I think I needed maybe a little bit more. I'm not too fond of an nebulizers. But I'll give it a little more time here. I just started a week. It's just been a week, so we'll see how it goes yet.

My chart is constantly giving me problems when I try to get on line. It will not send my confirmation number to my phone by text and sends it to my email. Which makes me get out of my chart to check my email on my lap top. Very inconvient....

One of the best providers that I have ever had.

My comment is about two bathrooms I was in, on the main floor at Gundersen and then on the floor where pulmonary is. The main floor bathroom, and my appointment was like at 10 o'clock or 9 o'clock something in the morning, it did not have any toilet paper in it. I did report that to the insurance people because I was walking past them to get to pulmonary elevator but I was surprised at that and then when I went up on the floor where Pullman area is and I forget fourth I think it was or whatever, their small bathroom that was just to the right of the desk where I checked in was filthy. That bathroom hadn't been cleaned for ages and I really didn't have a choice because I'd run.

Kendra was very thorough, listened to questions I had and provided answers. Wasn't pushy about anything and let me make a few decisions of my own.

Wrong provider was scheduled for the health condition. She was unable to help . We have a new Dr next week, hoping this person can provide some insight. My chart information on line did not transfer the the facility. Which caused retracing my medical records manually.

The nurse was wonderful, she took my vitals, asked how I was feeling, made sure I was comfortable. She paid close attention to how I looked as well (like crap) but she took my temp to make sure I didnt have a fever. The PA was great as well. She listened to all my concerns and how I've been feeling the last year especially the last couple months. She stopped a couple times to see if I had questions. Went through my asthma history to make sure everything was correct and nothing changed and made sure I knew I could reach out to her if I needed. (She gave me a card with her name on it.) They were both very compassionate and personal.

Hi, I guess she was okay. I really thought the student that she had with her was wonderful. But I don't, I'm just not going to be doing all the stuff that she wants me to do. And so I know they called this afternoon and I gotta explain to them that I'm not doing all that stuff. I guess that was, I guess she was all right, but I was really impressed with her student. So I guess that's all I've got to say. I know she thinks I should be doing more than what I'm willing to do. I don't drive a LaCrosse. and most of that stuff would have to be.

I was disappointed that when checking there was only one clerk at the counter. She was trying very hard to keep up with all the people checking in and checking out. This task definitely needs more then one person at the counter!
