My daughter was nervous for her vaccine but the staff talked her through and provided buzzy and a prize. We survived with just a few tears and we were back to 100% before the day was over. Thank you!

Everyone was super welcoming. The doctor was awesome and you could tell she worked with kiddos and enjoyed it.

The in person experience was excellent. Mychart was glitching and not letting me check in or complete surveys. ( Error codes). It made the check in line very long. All in all a good experience with a small hiccup.

Love the doctors personally she did a great job explaining to my daughter about what she needed to do and the process if things dont work.

This was my first time at the Onalaska clinic. Having someone at the information desk to direct me where to go was super helpful.
