Kelly is truly an amazing caregiver!!! Her approach with dementia patients is upbeat, kind, caring, respectful and empathetic.

I have had appts with NP Kelly at 6 month intervals for approx 2 yrs I believe she is EXCELLENT at what she does from the initial greeting until the thank you & good-bye She makes me feel comfortable as a patient Thank you for employing her

longer wait because of technical issues

Discussions with health care providers was very good. Check in process was fine. Check out process was quite slow... waited in line for at least 15 minutes and none of the 3 people assisting patients had more than a single person in their 'line'. Historically, I'd say this situation is NOT typical!

She was a good listener and answered all our questions and concerns.

Kelly does such a nice job communicating with her patient and his caregiver.

NP Kelly did a terrific means, along with N Robyn, to have me provide personal information which allowed NP Kelly to offer what appears to me to be a fantastic analysis of why I am struggling with psychological issues. She further recommended next steps for me to take in determining what is best for me to improve my health.

I am very impressed with the care and concern shown by everyone in the department. My diagnosis was very disheartening and I have been treated with nothing but care and kindness. They also took time to explain and answer questions that both my husband and my son had.

Kelly is personable and professional. I very much enjoyed our discussion together. I would recommend her to anyone.

Very helpful and informative.

this was the first time I used a remote visitation via computer. It worked great! All questions were addressed, all discussions needing to be had were done to the satisfaction of all involved. Using a remote visit also allowed me to save time and expense by not commuting to the site.
