Kelly does such a nice job communicating with her patient and his caregiver.

NP Kelly did a terrific means, along with N Robyn, to have me provide personal information which allowed NP Kelly to offer what appears to me to be a fantastic analysis of why I am struggling with psychological issues. She further recommended next steps for me to take in determining what is best for me to improve my health.

I am very impressed with the care and concern shown by everyone in the department. My diagnosis was very disheartening and I have been treated with nothing but care and kindness. They also took time to explain and answer questions that both my husband and my son had.

Kelly is personable and professional. I very much enjoyed our discussion together. I would recommend her to anyone.

Very helpful and informative.

this was the first time I used a remote visitation via computer. It worked great! All questions were addressed, all discussions needing to be had were done to the satisfaction of all involved. Using a remote visit also allowed me to save time and expense by not commuting to the site.

Very professional and easy to understand!

Everything went well except the checkout. There were 3 people at the desk but only 1 was doing checkout. One was there doing something on the computer, one was with a person who she brought a chair for. That left 1 do all the processing. That left a long and increasing line. He was doing his best but needed help. One person left without checking out because of the line.

She is very nice.
