Kelly R Hebl Garcia, APNP

Dr Hebl-Garcia is wonderful! She is caring and compassionate! She always does a thorough job! I wish she would have more time in her day to care for patients. I would like Emplify could provide her more time to care for patients as she is always running behind. I never feel rushed from her however, but I feel bad that she always seems to be running behind with her appointments. Again she is a phenomenal provider!

While we had to wait over an hour to see the dr. No one told us she was running behind. Was up set how rushed she was during our visit with her. Don't feel we got the best care this time.

Everyone has been incredibly respectful and we feel like our child is getting excellent care.

Kelly was great! She really listened to my daughter & I and made sure all of our questions were answered.

Kelly was awesome. My son has a lot of anxiety about going to the doctor and this was his first visit with her. She explained things in a way that he could understand and made the appointment casual and as stress free for him as it could have been.

Kelly does an incredible job making her patients feel seen and heard and that her time with them is valuable and I am really appreciative of that.

This was our first visit with Kelly Hebl Garcia. She really listened to my teenage daughter's concerns and took them seriously, while also making it an enjoyable experience by keeping us laughing throughout the whole appointment.

Appt was an hour later than scheduled with minimal communication. 45 minutes in waiting room before I asked what was happening. Another 30in the room with no communication.

Provider was an hour and 15 min late

We always have a great experience with Kelly. She listened. She interacts with the kids. She makes it fun while getting to know them and help them on their growing journey each year. I feel like as a mom I can trust her to take what I'm telling her and lead me to where I need to go if a problem should arise. My kids feel safe going there!

The check-in was handling the checkouts and it caused a big back up. Took longer than usual to check in. Not sure if it was just that day, but having a separate check in and checkout spot worked better in the past.

Sat in our exam from for 20 minutes waiting to be seen. Long time to entertain a child.

Kelly is a wonderful and caring provider.

You should have you registration/appt check in people not say a patients whole phone number out loud around everyone. They could just say the last 4 digits of the phone number to verify if it's correct.
