Warm, caring people all around. Very focused on the care needed & being sure we understood info. Felt respected and appreciated for various needs & questions. Our family is looking forward to working with the Palliative Care team.

Not to sound too trendy, but in this appointment I felt very heard, very validated. I thought that the provider was warm, had a great sense of humor, and really answered all of my questions and concerns. Thank you.

Kelly and her team were very knowledgeable and explained things so we understood them. She is very personable. I would definitely recommend her for your palliative care. She was great!

I have the best experience with my care team. They listen to me and don't treat me like a number. I understand doctors nurses all have to see other patients. Sometimes they run over their time that they are to spend with you to me that is a good doctor or nurse That just tells me that they care the ones that have to look at their clock and hurry up and get out of there to the next patient that's not right

Everyone in Palliative care is great. From check-in to check-out. I know that if I have any questions or concerns I know where to ask and how to get ahold of someone if needed. There's a lot of information to take in. Kelly has a way of putting it in a way I can understand. From, what we're doing and why we're doing it. To, what are our next step(s) and most importantly, do I understand and agree with given plans. I am very happy with my care plan. I appreciate everything; everyone does for me. Thank you!
