Great staff and dr

The resident and doctor were great. It was my first visit with them so hard to give top ratings without more experience. Front desk was excellent at schedule lab work.

My phone has my chart but iPad lost it when things changed over to Emplify. Haven't gotten taken care of yet as my daughter needs to help me sometime.

All went well.

Waiting to do my part of follow up and expect to hear back via my chart from dr Seib. On the Bridge program fairly soon

I needed an appointment sooner than my provider was available and was scheduled with this provider. Having experience with this provider with another family member, I was completely comfortable seeing her. I appreciate that she was available and able to get things moving. Very positive experience!!

This was my first visit with Dr. Kelly Seib but it went really well and I look forward to seeing her again. She listened closely to my issues and concerns and seemed to honestly "get me". I'm always nervous about taking any new medications and messaged her after my appointment to let her know. She was perfectly ok with it and said that we would discuss it again with my follow-up appointment. That alone lessens some of my anxiety.

The appointment was conducted in Morrow Nursing Home. The fact that there was not the stress of leaving the home was wonderful. Dr. Seib really listened to our concerns and helped us to figure out a care plan.

Dr Seib was very helpful in discussing and treating various issues.

I changed my primary care provider to this doctor. I feel more comfortable talking with her about women's issues. She's knowledgeable and understands.

Dr. Kelly is excellent as is her staff. Girl who took blood, again excellent. All I'm all, great visit and would highly recommend all.

Oh, I'm just tired of this electronic sign-on app, everything. Just tired of it.

They scheduled the appointment, there was supposed to be a test done before seeing the Doctor, that was not scheduled before the appointment.

Hoping the follow-up appointment can be made in a timely manner! They are supposed to be calling me!

Was my initial meet and greet w/new physician. Everyone was professional and caring. Went great.

Dr. Seib does such as excellent job of reviewing my medical record and systematically addressing my many problems. I appreciate her attention to preventive measures and could not be more pleased with her management of my medical issues.

She took the time to explain and talk to me.

Dr. Seib is just the best. Thorough, professional, served up with a sense of humor.

Would like to see my X-rays in mychart or be able to download them to my computer at home.

Had to wait in the room for Dr for 20 min. Starting to wonder if I was forgotten.

My doctor listen to my suggestions to change up a medicine protocol. She did her own research as well. Thou i ended up with i different medicne change up and am pleased with what we are trying. She also caught that my exhaberation was a we titch over and i have a infection in my lung due to the exhaberation. I have delt with asthma exhaberation every single winter for more years than i care too think about. Due to finances i just work and stay home. Now i can travel and i no longer want to just muddle thru the winter. I want to be able to go do things and not be fighting to breathe. Hopefully this change up will settle my winter asthma so i can engoy my trips more. My doctor was awesome and really took her time to listen and asked a lot of questions??

They listened and did the extra I asked for with no problem.

I felt that the doctor or whatever was not comfortable with the situation. Maybe she, all the records didn't get to her before I got there and she really was just lost and she paid far more attention to the computer and what was on it because she was trying to find all this information to see, to gauge what the situation was. I felt that by going I really didn't accomplish a whole lot even after x-rays and everything else. I will say that the x-ray technicians were excellent. They ought to get a prize. Thank you.

Dr. Seib was very efficient and informative. She listened to what I had to say and was very clear in presenting my options to me. She is definitely an asset to the Sparta Clinic.

Everything was great & what I have come to expect from Gundersen Health System. Sparta Clinic is truly a caring, professional, & personable place to have your health care needs met, primarily because of the professional & caring people that work there.

I was very impressed with the visit that I had at the clinic the other day. The doctor I had was very informative and helpful. The people that came in and took stuff like my blood pressure and that stuff before the doctor came in, they were very pleasant. In all, I had a very good experience and I definitely will be back.

I really like Dr. Seib. She always makes me feel comfortable and is very easy to communicate with. She is amazing! The mammographer was also a very caring person. And the Lab gals always do a fantastic job.
