Long wait between rooming an provider coming in the room

Dr Hodgson Kline has been late 45 min plus to my last 3 appointments with her. When I'm expected to be to an appointment 15 min early with small children to then wait an additional 45 min or more to an appointment is unacceptable. The first time I let it go. Second time I almost walked out before her nurse caught me and went and got her and 3rd time my husband brought the girls and was late getting back to work.
