When we arrived, Dr Howell was running a little late (this an happen) and the nursing staff offered us an appointment with another provider (which I chose not to take). We were updated on times and everything went very smoothly. This was a kind attention to detail and helped all to run as smoothly as ever. Thank you so much for the kind and efficient service.

When we found out my 2 boys' previous pediatrician was retiring/moving from the Winona location, we were not only heartbroken, but also worried whether we would find another pediatrician we clicked with. However, from our first appointment with Dr. Howell, we loved her. After appointments with Dr. Howell, my boys will often say how much they like her, without any prompting from me. She has great bedside manner; she truly listens; she is thorough; she has a great sense of humor; and most importantly, you can tell she truly cares. We had the option to go with a nurse practitioner in pediatrics on the Winona campus (20 minute drive for us) after our previous pediatrician left, but my family unanimously decided we would gladly drive further to the LaCrosse campus (50 minutes) so we could have Dr. Howell.

I'm thankful for Dr. Howell and her attentiveness to our concerns. She has been a great doctor and our daughter is the most comfortable with her which puts us at ease with her appointments.

We were in the exam room on time but then waited over an hour to see the doctor. She was apologetic, but we don't blame her as she was clearly rushing to see so many patients.

Kelly Howell is always listening to our concern and address them professionally. Kind and attentive to our family needs.

Dr Howell seemed judgmental once she read that my child was unvaccinated. I did not appreciate her treating us this way.
