Kelly A Sorenson, PA-C

I arrived at 1:05 for my 1:15 appointment, waited 30 minutes before getting called back to exam room by the nurse. I then waited another 30 minutes before being seen. I had actually just gotten up to leave when the PA came in. The visit with Kelly took about 6 minutes total but I was there for over an hour in the middle of a work day ( Not Okay).

Kelly Sorenson is the best. I will go to her for all my visits!

Kelly was everything I needed yesterday. I was overcome with pain and she was kind and supportive and eventually I was able to redirect and proceed with the injections. Kelly informed me beforehand that one of them could be more painful but she gently massaged the area and waited a bit before doing that one, which was far less painful than I'd anticipated, I believe d/t her intervention. She was patient with my questions and I had full confidence in the procedure. After previous needing 3 different systems for total care, I am so very grateful for the remarkable care here, one location and all providers fully aware of my situation and history. And truly remarkable gifted, current and caring providers.

She took time to explain my condition and answer my questions thoroughly. Her thumb shot went well for me. Very favorable appointment.

Use of MyChart, or more specifically, the Wi-fi and cellular network inside of the hospital is slow or not responsive. Use of the mobile device is ok outside of the hospital, while using my cellular provider network. I understand that the demand on the guest network inside the facility is high and, there is a point where the network system is overloaded and the hospital facility structure can act as a Faraday cage and that will impact my cellular provider service.
