Got in the same day I called for an appointment. Kelley listened attentively. Overall I have been impressed with my experiences at Family Clinics in La Crosse and Onalaska.

This is about MyChart. There have been times that I will ask a question in MyChart which is about something I have spoken to my doctor about and the nurse that sees it will answer in a very cookie cutter way which might not fit what you have spoken to the doctor about. Nurses have told me I had to wait longer for appointments for example and when I ask again another nurse can get me in. A nurse will say I need a certain test and when I ask for clarification, because the doctor and I agreed it was not something I had to do, the nurse again says I have to do that test. It was when I asked for an appointment to talk to my doc that it was actually brought to him by a different person, and answered back that I did not have to have the test. I have had a nurse tell me I had to wait for relief in removing tubes after surgery when my doctor told me to just come in. I guess what I am saying is that when I message my doctor in MyChart I would like the question to actually go to my doctor and not come back with what the person/nurse reading the question thinks.

Dr. Bahr was great to work with. Our little one had an ear infection and didn't love having his ears looked at but she handled it so well and made the process as quick and painless for everyone as she could. Her enthusiasm for her work is so evident and appreciated.

Everything went well, just not an internet person

What was the reason for 3 times going over my meds? First i was asked to list my medication in an email, secondly, I was asked by a nurse on line, and thirdly, asked by a nurse before I saw my doctor. Because of my age,I can almost understand doing it maybe twice. Thank you for paying attention to me.

Dr. Kelley Bahr, is a very caring and understanding doctor. Takes the time to listen to your every concern and helps to resolve any problems! Good doctors are hard to find and I would rate her the BEST!

I was surprised that I did not see the Doctor after the Assistant flushed out my ears. I thought the Doctor would check my ears before I left but the Assistant told me to leave.?

Dr. Bahr and her team were GREAT! So thoughtful and kind. I really appreciated the great care.
