Yes, this is the patient. I have always used Gundersen Clinic. I readily, readily would recommend them to all of my friends. I was thrilled with all of the attention that I received from Stueve, who was the practitioner. And like I said, I thoroughly am thrilled with our hospital, with the clinic, and with the providing medical assistance that I received. Thank you for asking.

Not sure what Specialists are available in this area but I need to ask on my next visit. My experience here has been very satisfactory.

Had to do a routine urine drug screen cuz I am on Gabapentin. The MA rooming me asked if I could pee in a cup, I answered yes. The second MA that did the test came in with the cup, had me pee, and then told me to sign the form. I then proceeded to ask a few questions as to why I was signing, and what it was about. It took that many questions to get the answer. I am a nurse, so I know what it was about but neither explained the test, therefore I asked the questions to get answers. Tests should be explained before performing them. Otherwise. Staff is usually very knowledgeable and treat clients fairly.

I really appreciated the time Keith and his nurse spent with me, gave me the opportunity to talk about my concerns beyond the BP follow up I was scheduled for. It took very little extra time and reassured me about a new pain I was experiencing, and the nurse answered follow up questions during my checkout process to address my question about travel plans and needed vaccinations.

The experience with the nursing assistant was bizarre to say the least. Likewise with the physician's assistant. I would welcome a call from anyone in oversight to talk about this. I'd rather not type it out.

Great experience from scheduling, to check-in and through the appointment. I was treated very professionally throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

The wait time to get an appointment is seriously too long. It is outrageous that you have to wait three months to see someone. That should be corrected.

Dr. Stueve helped me more in a few minutes than I've received in the last 3 yrs. or more! It was greatly appreciated, I just hope I didn't meat him too late.

Hello, Keith was excellent, but the girl who came in to do the preliminary before Keith came in didn't have a very good personality and that's it.

My nurse was very helpful and did help me with RSV shot.

Would be nice if our Hospital would get Dean Insurance Approved for use. I may have to go to another hospital for coverage when I would like to do my business here.

Good job

The only reason the first question was not "yes, definitely" is because my original appt was cancelled which can happen and was not a problem. It was easy to reschedule and there were plenty of options available when put on wait list. Everyone at the clinic was great to work with.

Nice people. Facility close to home. And they got my records from my other doctor. First time seeing a doctor everything went well, but we'll see how it goes after I see him a few more times.

The nurse working with the doctor that day could of been less testy. Pretty much just rude

Reception was extremely sweet, kind, friendly and helpful! My nurses are always amazing, helpful, fun and sweet! Keith definitely listens and addresses everything I have a concern about. Love that I can laugh and enjoy each of them everyone I go there!

PA Keith Stueve is amazing. He is in the know about new medications. He is understanding with a touch of humor, which I appreciate. He is an awesome PA.

Friendly & efficient

I appreciated how Keith looked directly at me when we talked. He even turned away from the computer screen when appropriate. He made comments that let me know he had looked at my history before we met. I sincerely hope he stays at our clinic for a long time.
