Everything was great except for the check out. I was done with my appointment and was told to schedule my next appointment at the desk on the way out. It was 4:59 and the two ladies at the desk said they could not help me because they had already logged out of their computers. One lady took my appointment card and took down my information and said she would schedule me the next day when she got in. Two days went by and I received no confirmation of anything being scheduled. I then sent a message via mychart and was able to get it scheduled that way. It was kind of a bigger deal to get this scheduled because I was switching primary doctors and locations because doctor Rayhan is leaving. I feel that if there are patients still being seen in the department that the whole process should be seen through to the end. Check in, perform examination and check out and schedule the next visit. Disappointing they could not take 5 minutes to schedule my next appointment. Disappointing that what I was told would happen didn't happen the next day. With what health care costs it is disappointing that I couldn't get scheduled before I left.

My appointment was full of good information and direction for the labs and tests I should schedule. Dr. Rayhan is a wonderful doctor.

I will greatly miss Kazi. He was a wonderful doctor during some tough times.

I am very sorry to see Dr. Rayhan leaving Gundersen! I will miss his care very much!

I wish Dr Rayhan wasn't leaving. I transitioned to Dr Rayhan 6 mo ago, when my current Primary provider announced his retirement. I would have been very comfortable with Dr Rayhan as my primary doctor. I wish him the best in his new position!

Dr Kazi Rayhan has been my primary physician for over 15 years. I will miss his kindness and care greatly. I hope whoever I choose as my regular physician can be as great and supportive as Dr Rayhan was.

Dr. Rayhan and the staff made me feel comfortable and treated me as if I was the only patient they were working with that morning. May I add that Dr. Rayhan is a very personable man with a very good sense of humor, not to overlook his knowledge and professionalism.

Yes, my original doctor, Dr. Rahan, I'm really disappointed that he wouldn't sign me off so I could get my driver's license. I really need him that bad, and I know I'm a good driver. I had it at least 40 years. They took all my licenses away. Motorcycle, a truck license, all my licenses they took away. I didn't like that at all. So I'm still fighting and he opposes to it. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Rayhan. He is very pleasant and wants to make sure to answer my questions and his instructions.

Rayhan and staff are wonderful. Check in made me fill out forms I did online before the appointment. You would think they would know I already did it.

I had a symptom problem and before the appt. the nurse staff did not appreciate the problems I was experiencing.

It is cumbersome and too many notices for the appointment.

I felt the exam was somewhat hurried and cursory. I have two cochlear implants and for the first time this seemed to cause some communication issues. (for me).

The Doctor has to spend too much time on the computer.

My doctor cares so much for my health. I am very grateful.

Your online check in took me longer to fill out than my appointment did. are all of those questions really relevant. I thought filling it out quite stressful.

The MA was very rushed, spoke way too fast, never looked at me and she marked my meds incorrectly . Why are the MAs asking about symptoms instead of the doc? Doc did not listen to me and cut me off when I was explaining why I was there. This was also the first time I've ever felt belittled by a provider.

Dr. Kazi Rayhan is the BEST ! He is the kindest most caring doctor I have ever had. His knowledge is amazing, I am truly blessed. He is extremely thorough about my health, I look forward to seeing him every year. I thank Gundersen Health for Dr. Kazi, his compassion truly shows

AWESOME!! After leaving the office visit, I received a personal call from Dr. Rayhan regarding a vitamin supplement I'm taking. He made an adjustment as to the daily strength of that particular supplement. Even after I had left the office visit, Dr. Rayhan continued to review my medical chart...IMPRESSIVE!

Dr. Rayhan has a wonderful and caring bedside manner. I felt heard and I felt no anxiety. He follows up and staff have called me to let me know what I need to do etc. I've never felt so confident in a doctor. His nurse was so caring, charming. All staff were awesome.

could not check in on line. did not received code to open my chart. tried several time and did not work. I have used my chart many tim0e and familiar with process.
