I arrived an hour early, by mistake, and they got me in right away. Very pleased with their professionalism and candor.

Everyone was super sweet except the clerk at check out desk. I had to have blood work and procedures scheduled. There was 3 women at the desk unfortunately I got stuck with the only was that was rude! This was my first time having being at the Tomah location clinic, so I wasnt sure what the policy was. I was having blood work and procedures done at Gunderson Emplify Friendship. When I asked questions regarding as to do I call them or do they call me she gave me a short snippy answer as if I should know! Everyone else was super sweet except for her.

I was listened to and concerns I presented were addressed.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 and the provider did not show up in the exam room until 10 after 10 and that's only because I asked a nurse to go find out what the holdup was.

Great customer service

The provider sent me a personal note telling me the x rays were negative. Highly appreciated. I think that is what empathy is supposed to mean.

Disappointed that scans of my chest weren't ordered. This constant chest/breast pain need attention ASAP! Making me wait over the weekend was cruel! VERY DISAPPOINTED

The front desk lady could work on being a little bit more welcoming. Seemed like I was being rushed and just was not very friendly. It's nice to see a welcoming smile.
