My provider, Kayla, was so attentive to my concerns and answered with helpful suggestions. She is so good.

I liked my chart better when you could talk to the Dr. or his nurse directly instead of going thru nurses that don't know you. And have no clue of what is going on.

Check in great, Kayla ? lab tech ? nurse ? I thought I lost my great grandmother's ring I was given she rewalked every step we had taken with me looking for it which she didnt have to do but she seen I was upset. Thankfully I found it at home. But I do have to say when I was checking out and I asked the lady if she could maybe write down what it looked like and my phone number she was pretty rude and rolled her eyes like I was bothering her.

My chart was easy to use for check in, but not to see test results.

Kayla was superb.

The company, Emplify, employed by you all has either been hacked or is spamming us, your patients, as I received a form from them just prior to this visit, which knew about my visit a week prior to this visit, & asked me to provide more information, which I did, then they promptly shut down ~ obviously taking my medical information & doing I know not what with it ~ obviously not giving it to you at Gunderson/St. Elizabeth's! So now my medical identity & information is out in the public domain! NOT GOOD! & NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL!

The Wabash clinic is great! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Kayla Dascher took the time to not only go through what was needed at the appointment but to answer all of my questions, I never felt rushed even though I know they were very busy that day.

Kayla is our favorite provider. No one does it better.
