Mychart needs some improvement

The provider was so kind. My husband had specific newborn questions and she addressed each one with him specifically, very understanding and took the time for us to feel heard.

The MA did not do my child's vision or hearing test at wellness visit. This was skipped. I'm pretty disappointed about that.

The staff was not only caring for my daughter, but also my wife and her needs during the appointment. When my daughter got her shots and began crying fiercely, my wife got worked up too. The staff immediately moved to reassure her. They also made sure we understood what to do following the vaccinations.

Your online visit process has completely changed and is not user-friendly or efficient at all. This was our third time at a visit and it still is not complete. Something needs to change. This is extremely frustrating.

Kay NP has been my 3 kids provider. The kids have always felt safe with talking to her about any subject. Mom & Dad trust her as well!

I was so thankful the provider could do both an acute visit for an illness we deal with annually (asthma flare with allergies) and also his ADHD check. That was appreciated more than she can know, as we were heading out of town and have had to reschedule this before! Thank you so much!!
