It was welcoming to have such friendly staff throughout the visit. The provider, Katie, is exceptionally warm, kind, considerate, and thoughtful. Can't say enough about the way she cares.

The phone conference with the nurse in anticipation of the visit was a little frustrating. They did not seem to be familiar with my history and prior medical recommendations.

I feel very fortunate that Katie Bagniefski is my care provider. She listens without judgment and has always been extremely kind whenever I've been nervous about a procedure (however small or routine it may be). My appointments with her never feel rushed- she takes the time to know me, answer all my questions, and makes sure I feel heard and respected. I would recommend her to anyone!

Katie is always so kind and caring. She personalizes the appointment by asking about my kids and job. That is really nice. She makes sure we have covered everything and all my questions and concerns are answered. I couldn't ask for a better provider

This was my first time seeing Katie and if my PCP ever leaves, I will switch to her. She really LISTENS, gave me all the time in the world, and demonstrated that she truly cared and wanted me to feel better. Sometimes that's what you need, even if they can't fix it. I really appreciate her.

Katie was very nice and easy to talk to, I really appreciated that. I didn't feel rushed and she asked me if I had any other questions/concerns. The only thing I have negative is it took me 6 months to get in for a routine physical with her after my previous provider abrutly left right before I had my appointment.

Katie Bagniefski is the best doctor ever. She's always so kind and treats me so nice. I have the best experiences with the doctors that are on the 4th floor in onalaska. Even the check in girls are very nice!!! Keep up the good work and making visits there a pleasure

I have seen this provider for years. She is always willing to listen to my concerns and we work together to come up with a plan. I trust her with my care and appreciate her as my primary provider.

Do not think I should be there 45 minutes before a visit...the text asked if I was there already. Crazy early. Need to update the auto system messages.

Great Doctor! Made me feel very comfortable at my appt. Answered all my questions and concerns. She took her time with me and made me feel like I was her only appt. that day.
