I only recently became a patient of Gundersen/Emplify and I feel so very lucky and blessed to be one. I cannot say enough positive & good things from everyone of my experiences with EMPLIFY that I have encountered over the last few months - the thoroughness, respect, kindness, helpfulness, care, patience, etc - across the board- everyone I have encountered -from the onsite information help desk attendants ,schedulers, nursing staff and doctors all the way to the surgeons. I have been blown away by everyone of my experiences in the utmost best possible way. Everytime I walk back out the clinic/hospital doors after an appointment - I feel like I matter and people care ;-) and I am so very thankful for that !!!

When I called for an appointment, the person tried to direct me to dermatology despite explaining why I was seeking a consult with plastic surgery. She seemed irritated, and was somewhat rude. Besides that, my experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly and the provider understood my concerns, providing a clear picture of what I could expect at every step of the appt.

She had a very busy schedule after her return from FLMA. She still took the time to be present and provide time with me as an individual regardless. She was very careful during the filler injections to provide the perfect outcome. I would recommend this provider to others. I also like how you don't need two appointments (a pre-visit) like is required in dermatology.
