The MA that took my vitals prior to this visit had me put the thermometer in my mouth myself. No one has ever done it that way before. I don't think it should be done that way as then every patient that she deals with is touching that thermometer. Only she should be touching that. A patient would not put the blood pressure cuff on themselves.

I was very grateful to get an appointment the same day that I called. She was wonderful as she listened to my concerns about my problem and ask questions to try and figure out the issue and come up with a care plan. I have seen her before even though not my PCP and completely trust her. I have always had good care in Family Medicine. Thank you!

I couldn't get in to my regular provider in La Crescent, so looked to see if I could see someone in La Crosse to avoid having to go to Urgent Care. That is a great option when your usual provider is booked!

Answered my questions and came to a plan. Appreciated the care.

It was dumb that we had to create a new password for emplfy. That was a mess. Had to go to IT. person and that all seemed to be what I had already done,but didn't work. New password is not being remembered. I ha ve to look it up each time Was supposed to have a video call this am. My phone was ready to go. Then it said network down or something. Never got my video call in. It kept saying it won't be ready till 30 minutes before video time. It was NEVER READY. I never got the call from PA. :(

I was impressed by care I received by PA Katie Bluske and nurse!

Check-in was a bit frustrating as I stood in line about 15 minutes only to find out I had been directed to the wrong floor by the person who had scheduled my appointment. Once that was straightened out, everything went very smoothly.

The provider was wonderful and really listened to my concerns . She was very thorough and I really appreciated her expertise. Thank you so very much. She also answered all my questions.

I've been sick for six weeks and after much testing, there's no explanation for why I am sick. I cannot seek treatment if I am not diagnosed with a specific ailment. Considering how much I have to pay for the tests and how I am still sick, this is very disappointing and I do not have much faith in my provider.

I used to use My Chart and found it very useful. I am no longer able to get into it to get information and to preregister. I miss it and find it very frustrating and have spent a lot of time trying to get connected with it. I was a bit late for my appointment today because I couldn't get the information I needed easily. I thought I had mastered the two step verification process, but I still can't get in.

She was extremely thorough in what she was doing! Was very happy to have her help me.

Staff was wonderful and most helpful. My chart so so at best.

I was very comforted, to learn it wasn't as threatening to my health as I had feared it would be.

I would like to say, it's hard to trust a provider that has her "pronouns" on her work badge, to give me facts about my health and healing.

Katie Bluske is an outstanding professional. Her interpersonal skills are excellent, her medical knowledge is impressive. I trust her 100% and will strongly recommend her to others needing medical care.

I felt that PA Bluske was rushed. At one point, she stated her next patient was waiting for her. She did not seem interested in hearing my concerns about my health and I felt she was not taking into account my explanations of how I was feeling.
