The worst PA I have ever dealt with . She was emailing someone while supposed to be taking care of me . Said someone was wondering what she was doing while she was with me as her next patient was ready to see her. So rushed me through and sa we will just keep your medicine as is.This was a post nop appt. and was to see if my blood pressure medication was needed to be adjusted. Terrible !!

I would highly recommend doctor Kathryn B, to everyone.

Visit was great but my wait at the main clinic pharmacy was ridiculous waited for 30 minutes and went back up and he said there was an issue with my insurance, then proceeded to talk to his Co workers loudly about drinking. I finally left without my prescription

Had some miss comunification between doctors Dr Bluske was confused as to why I saw her

KATHRYN A BLUSKE started the appointment fine, but I felt like she just wanted to push a med on me and not try to help find the root cause. I don't feel like she reviewed my history at all and didn't seem interested in looking at anything in my past - most importantly my most recent labs. She really was pushing me off to rheumatology, that this was their issue to help me figure things out. Then all of a sudden she stood up, stated that she was 5 minutes late for her next patient and started walking out of the room. I was a bit taken back, I thought we were mid conversation. I had to show myself out with no real answers or direction. There was no empathy from KATHRYN A BLUSKE.

Using MyChart can be beneficial but in this case caused me to need 10 days of antibiotics because of the delay in getting an appointment. The patient does not always know the end result of the delays involved. While my visit was not urgent, the delay was really inconvenient!

The dept was busy and behind about 15 minutes. I think Bluske felt she had to hurry to catch up.

The MA that took my vitals prior to this visit had me put the thermometer in my mouth myself. No one has ever done it that way before. I don't think it should be done that way as then every patient that she deals with is touching that thermometer. Only she should be touching that. A patient would not put the blood pressure cuff on themselves.

I was very grateful to get an appointment the same day that I called. She was wonderful as she listened to my concerns about my problem and ask questions to try and figure out the issue and come up with a care plan. I have seen her before even though not my PCP and completely trust her. I have always had good care in Family Medicine. Thank you!
