K Munson is an excellent communicator and is very knowledgeable and personal. So easy to bond with.

I was very, very, very pleased with her. She's an excellent PA or physician, excuse me, and I just, I couldn't ask for any better.

She did a great job of explaining all the test results of my ECO and listened to new information I had with my heart palpitations that I had I feel very comfortable with her and her advise.

I'm going to have to figure out a way to get this phone working better so I can hear you better. I would sure appreciate that better.

PA Katherine Munson was the best cardiology PA I've seen so far as far as being a great listener and asking the right questions. She exudes confidence and expertise which calms the nerves. Her nurse was also excellent. MY BP is always high when I see a doctor and she waited a bit and retested, talking to me in a calming and personable way and sure enough, the BP came down greatly. Thanks to them both.

NP Kate Munson and her team are the best-thorough, caring, organized and efficient. I know I'm in good hands for my ongoing heart issues.

Everyone was especially lovely to me on this visit. Felt very well cared for and heard.

All personnel that I dealt with were very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

safety concern in the room i was examined IN. Chair was to close to the wall and my head came in contact with a device on the wall.

plz get more doctors so we can get appointments at a sooner time after tests

The medical assistant was very businesslike, but not very friendly.

Things went as expected. Wish I could make next appointment at check out desk & not have to worry about forgetting to make the appointment in 6 months .

We really like the cardiology dept. Katie Munson is a true asset for you. She is very informative, she listens, asks questions, very pleasant and genuinely cares about her patients.

The nurse and my PA were very friendly and my interaction with both was great. My questions were answered and we know what to do if we have more questions.

This was the first time I had this Provider, and I was very happy and satisfied with her.

Check in was quite slow; computer problems beyond their control. The person discharging me mumbled didn't make eye contact and never smiled. I had to go over several questions on billing/insurance even though I had completed the online check-in days before.

PA Katie M is an exceptional provider. She is always up to date with my cardiac situation and is able to provide knowledgeable information and advice. She makes sure test results are clearly explained and orders tests that help us both make informed decisions. Basically, I trust her with my life. I never feel rushed, she always gives me plenty of time to ask questions and provides the reason behind any possible changes in treatment.

There was a reason I switched from Winona Health to Gundersen. The care providers know what their doing.
