Overall a good experience. I felt that things were explained pretty well to me. I am aware of my options and am aware of options that will not work for me. I did not feel pressured during this visit. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and treated me as an individual instead of just another surgery candidate.

After initial consult with Ms. Munson, was told she would not be my provider for future visits. This lacks continuity for patients.

Overall I feel like everyone I've seen since this problem started had been very kind, helpful and caring, with genuine concern for my well-being and what's going on with me. Thank you for all your help.

The wait time for appointments is way too long.

When you have multiple visits in a short period of time it's frustrating to do the same echeckin with the same questions repeatedly.

She did a great job of explaining all the test results of my ECO and listened to new information I had with my heart palpitations that I had I feel very comfortable with her and her advise.

I'm going to have to figure out a way to get this phone working better so I can hear you better. I would sure appreciate that better.

PA Katherine Munson was the best cardiology PA I've seen so far as far as being a great listener and asking the right questions. She exudes confidence and expertise which calms the nerves. Her nurse was also excellent. MY BP is always high when I see a doctor and she waited a bit and retested, talking to me in a calming and personable way and sure enough, the BP came down greatly. Thanks to them both.

NP Kate Munson and her team are the best-thorough, caring, organized and efficient. I know I'm in good hands for my ongoing heart issues.
