The telehealth visit was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Provider was very friendly and thorough in taking notes. However, conclusions were drawn without any medical or scientific proof, so I wasn't convinced. And a few comments were made in response to my statements about previous reactions that made me doubt the value of the conversation. Appointment could have been held by phone or virtually, if at all. Again, she was very nice and I'm sure is excellent in her job, but in my case I felt there wasn't any new information and nothing was resolved.

Allergy staff was very kind and helpful. They took the time to be sure I was comfortable and checked in on me during the testing to be sure I was doing ok. Staff did over and above what is expected of medical help these days.

I thanked Katie for her knowledge and understanding of what I went through from the bee sting. Her direct eye contact, smile and friendly demeanor was outstanding. Great person!

The provider didn't seem to have knowledge of my history and was more focused on retesting and redoing my care plan than staying consistent with a treatment plan that is successful. She deferred to the nurse about everything and the nurse talked over the top of me, insisted I know nothing about my own medical experiences and then said she would have to decide what my care would be when she reviewed my records. The nurse reversed the informed decisions my provider made. The nurse was not interested in patient care or patient knowledge of one's own health. She negated 7 years and 3 experienced allergists' findings about my conditions without ever looking at my records and convinced the provider that my medical conditions are not and will not be life threatening because it is nearly unheard of it's so rare. The nurse continued to exhibit inappropriate tone toward myself and other staff throughout my after visit instructions. She was only interested in being in charge of everyone around her and exhibiting her authority. Since the nurse is the one whio will have my life in her hands, I am considering going back to my previous provider and pay cash out of network. I certainly don't trust the nurse's judgement with my care. It is this arrogance in other nurses and providers that has caused me injury and has been potentially life threatening for myself and other family members. It's why when given a choice in my insurance, I avoid Gundersen unless I find a valid care team in a specific department. I am not a confrontational person and have no desire to try to work through these issues arrogance and incompetence with this care team.

This provider was absolutely outstanding. The first time I had met her, and I hope that I can continue to have her as a provider. She was fantastic.
