The provider didn't do as I requested in getting the issue solved. Just basically send us home. Not very pleased. Big doctor bill for nothing.

Dr O Rourke seems confident in her techniques.

Everyone from the receptionists to the doctor are so polite, friendly all the time. Start to finish. The doctor was thorough and the follow through instructions were very easy to understand. Always a great, refreshing day when I need to be soon and knowing I will be well taken care of.

It felt a little bit like seeing me was an inconvenience for Dr. O'Rourke. She seemed dismissive of my symptoms and made me feel kind of dumb for coming in, even though I did end up being positive for influenza.

It's disappointing that Dr O'Rourke has limited her scope and will no longer see patients for general care but I appreciate her decision to focus on acupuncture and related services only.

Everyone was very nice but I have to admit that I was a bit confused about my appointment. I knew it was a consultation but one nurse asked if I wanted a gown to change into so I thought I was getting acupuncture that day. Then after talking to the Dr which she almost sounded like she was giving me acupuncture too and then the appointment was over. I was a bit confused. I do need to reschedule two of my three appointments do to work schedule and the guidelines for the aftercare of acupuncture appointments. I'll have to schedule them into next year. Sad the appointments are only available one and a half days per week. Otherwise everyone was very polite and caring. Patients on the other hand were another story. 4 "windows" open, no direction for Patients to wait, I saw many patients get skipped waiting in line because others walked straight up to the "windows" in front of waiting patients. I even had a woman ask me if I was waiting, I told her yes and she then walked up to the "window" in front of me, my appointment was running behind and I was late for work as it. Kind of chaotic for the check-in and check-out lines. I don't have it in my heart to be a bully and jump in front of other waiting patiently patients!

The provider went beyond the regular session to give me information which put my mind at ease.

I had a medical emergency that was handled at another close by facility. I was referred to follow up with my primary care physician. I appreciated the time Dr.O'Rourke found in her busy schedule to examine my medical incident and go over my medications. I trust Gunderson & Staff completely

Our initial appointment was quick however because we needed two appointments back to back due to transportation issues we found it difficult to get our next ones

I greatly appreciate having availability to obtain acupuncture in Hillsboro from Dr o'Rourke. She takes the time to listen and is caring. The Hillsboro clinic is beautiful and hoping the care offered at this clinic continues to grow / expand.

I've had Katherine for a family doctor for several years now. I've always been pleased with my appointments with her, and I have recommended her to friends and family. Thank you.

Dr. O'Rourke always takes to time to listen to my concerns and questions. It would be a great loss for Gundersen if Dr. O'Rourke ever left.
