Care Philosophy

I work with patients 18+ that are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression and symptoms of trauma. I provide care for patients who are experiencing acute or chronic difficulties with low self-worth, life transitions and difficulty engaging in daily responsibilities.

Personal Statement

I enjoy time with family and friends, but I really find benefit in time by myself engaging in reflection, yoga, stretching, reading or just listening to calming music. The world is a busy place, and I find that taking time to be focused on self, versus others and the to-do list, is a vital aspect of a healthy life.
