Katelyn Kozelka is wonderful - attentive, kind, soft and reassuring in the way she speaks. And her presence exudes competence! She is gentle in her examinations and explains what she is doing and what she is checking for as she progresses. She also asks for permission to touch as she moves through her examination. She lets me know clearly and with plenty of explanation what her findings and assessments are. I have traditionally been quite frightened of all things medical. I am not afraid of her. I feel at ease. I'm actually feel comforted!

Three appointments for a 20-minute procedure seems extreme, but I was grateful they were scheduled close together on the same day and were all video or phone calls.

Katie is a very compassionate person. It is hard to have these appointments, but she makes me very comfortable and able to stand the appointment. She answered the questions I had so I could understand them. She receives a 10.

I have had trouble with my chart.But my daughter helped me. So now I'm good to go!

Appointments for routine cancer care need to be scheduled in a better way.

The experience that I had with Katelyn Kozelka was very professional. She has been with me throughout my cancer process and follow ups. She has always been very calm and thoughtful to make sure that I was comfortable and important. I cannot say enough good things about Katelyn Kozelka. She is at the top of the list when it comes to my care. She is so understanding and always answers any concerns I might have with that same calm manner. I think Emplify/Gundersen should recognize her for doing her job and how well she does it. Thank you Katelyn Kozelka for taking GREAT care of me during these trying times.

This was my first appointment with Katelyn, even though she was nearly an hour late because o being held up in a surgery staff kept me informed on when to expect her. When she finally arrived she was very kind and friendly, took the needed time to explain things and she helped me to feel relaxed during the procedure. I was very nervous about this appointment and she helped me to worry a little less. Great care from emplify today as always.

Katelyn was exceptional. She made me feel so comfortable and listened to my concerns. Explained everything she was doing, in normal terms that I could understand.

I was so happy to be well cared for by all the staff, esp Katie (PA who took care of me). The assistant who checked me in didn't introduce herself, which would have been reassuring. I pray that Gundersen will cease with abortions. Seeing expecting moms in the waiting room was encouraging!

First of the year questions at check in was difficult because of my hearing issues. Got through it finally.

My check in person at OBGYN for my pre-op appointment was very short with me. Check out person was so kind.

getting to the OB department from the foyer elevator C on the outside gave me only up to floor three ...so I started looking for another elevator only to go back to that elevator and inside there was a fifth floor button, saying OB/GYN

I never usually answer these things when you call on the phone like this, but I would recommend Katelyn to anybody. She's wonderful. I'm really pleased with her.

There are really no words to express how awesome everyone is that I've seen throughout the years of my coming there! Never ever have I been treated with any disrespect in any way, shape or form!
