Video is such a great option especially when you are sick and don't want to dress and drive to an appointment.

Kas did a great job of going over the MRI results in explaining the findings and pictures. He even took time to pause and asked if I needed time to absorb all the information. I feel he could sense I was a bit overwhelmed. He has a very casual and relaxed approach to patient care

Pain medicine is the best department in the hospital I feel that I am cared for more holistically than my PCP. Due to a series of events in my life that have been emotionally unsettling, I got more support from Kas than I did my PCP.

I would recommend Gundersen more if it was easier to get an appointment when needed.

I know you are making My Chart changes. If those changes are as difficult to maneuver as the recent "verify" piece, you can keep them.

Kas, is the most genuine medical provider, relatable I have found within Gundersen.

Kaz is one of the best providers I have met. My joint and spinal problems are complicated and his clear explanations of the possible causes and potential treatments was exactly what I was hoping for. Even though a simple cure is not likely I now feel like I have some idea of the issues and how to proceed with other caregivers/providers. He listened carefully, thought through each problem and answered in a way I could understand. Overall, just an excellent experience.

The news wasn't great, but the conversation was reassuring and helpful Frustrating that X-rays cannot be included in mychart!
