Excellent service. It is evident that Dr. Laursen cares deeply about her patients. We had not seen her since 2019 and it was also evident that she took the time to familiarize herself with our past records which allowed us to pick up were we left off!

I was very pleased with the time spent with us and her thoroughness in working to figuring out what my daughter was experiencing. As well as receiving a detailed a game plan given different situations after xray results came in.

Having NICU follow up appointments as one giant appointment is ridiculous. The room is to small for the number of people in there. It's hard to hear with so many people talking. The cabinets aren't baby proofed which seems absurd for a room you are shoving babies in for 3.( hours. Plus by the end of 3.5 hours I truly don't care about anything you have to say, I just want the closest exit and to leave as fast as possible....
