Receptionist who checked me in was great! Appointment was running a little late and she sought me out in the waiting room and informed me there would be a bit of a delay. Update was appreciated.

I really liked the doctor and her staff.

My appointment wasn't necessary and I'm not sure why i was told a procedure could be done and it never could have been. So now I'm referred to another department that I should have been to anyway. I even asked specific questions when scheduling and still wasn't told any different. Everyone was great but I felt like a waste of everyone's time and I just gained another bill. Kind of senseless.

Dr. Maloney was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had not been to her before, good experience.

The Doctor was very pleasant and explained things throughly. I appreciate this doctor and the nurse assisting her.

The Physician had a scribe that was supposed to capture the brand names of a prebiodic and probiotic and put it in the after visit summary notes. The prebiotic brand was mentioned but not the probiotic. It was also not explained to the level of detail that the Physician used. Otherwise the visit was good and everyone I interacted with did a great job.

Enjoyed my experience.

I really like Dr. Maloney. She made me feel at ease. My appt. was for one spot and she took the time to do a full body check. She's good at her job and she's a hoot. She's wonderful! Everyone was very nice. A very good experience.

It felt rushed. I was hoping to get some spots on my hands checked but didn't happen

Dr Maloney was very thorough. She seemed a little nervous but I do understand she is new to Emplify.
