After several years of seeing another provider at a different clinic, I was very hesitant and not happy to be switching! Boscobel staff welcoming me on arrival, check in went smooth and wait time was less than 3 minutes! The nurse was pleasant, understanding and treated me like I had been a patient there forever! Then there is Karen! She was absolutely phenomenal, caring, understanding, patient with my questions and very professional! I went into this appointment with a chip on my shoulder and not happy I had to switch everything, but I walked out knowing that I made the right decision on choosing Karen as my next provider!

I love the New merge between Bellin and Gundersen making it Emplify .... I think this is just going to give us patients more access to to better services!

My doctor is an asset to the clinic and her patience

She is a great doctor and listened to me and how I expressed my concerns even with it being the first time I saw her it felt like she cared and looked at my chart to know what was going on before she even seen me and had some kind of game plan

My follow up appointment was great as well and Karen went out of her way to find a solution to the medical issue I was having.

Great experience even with it being for an unhappy reason
