My provider was amazing. She was warm, engaging, and very obviously up to date with every aspect of my somewhat complex case. She had spoken to my other care team providers and was familiar with my situation. She asked about me and definitely treated me as a unique person and was interested in me as an individual. This is so crucial to feeling seen and heard. I would recommend her to 100x over!

Dr Petrashek was absolutely amazing. I was referred to her by my PCP due to an issue with my IUD. I was very anxious and she reassured me that she would be able to help. She also was very kind and took the time to talk about some peri-menopausal symptoms I have. She listened and help me choose the best solution to my issues. I am grateful that I was able to see her.

The Dr explained everything in detail as to what she was going to do. Also gave me after care information

I was thankful for Dr. Kara to be so gentle with my situation. I was frustrated that it took them all day to get me scheduled in for surgery. A message or call would've been helpful so I wasn't stressed about being by my phone.

Very pleasant atmosphere in the whole area, it was quiet and very relaxing in the waiting room. Dr Kara came in with in minutes of the nurse leaving me to change and was always alert and attentive to my needs and questions. Very nice getting answers

The care and compassion shown by ALL of the staff in the Onalaska OB GYN department was absolutely above and beyond typical customer/client care. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and calm. It is a welcoming environment and I felt deeply cared for by all the employees with whom I engaged. This is a much better experience than I have ever had at the Mayo clinic, which is the other medical facility my insurance covers.

Dr. Petrashek was very efficient and helpful. She followed up quickly with next day information regarding my situation. I feel safe in putting my health care in her hands.

Our first time meeting this MD and was worried my child would be uncomfortable with nature of the visit but Dr. Petrashek was so welcoming, spoke to my child in a way that made us both feel comfortable and reassured. I specifically asked for a female and the provider had a non-binary person as a student tagging along. I was informed "non-binary" but did not realize it was a "male". I just felt that with the questions I had, I prefer to deal with someone who one identifies as a woman and who understands what it is like to have a period/women issues.
