Awesome team!

I wish that medication section for refills was better. It says refill due soon even on PRN medications.

Why can't I read the results? It states I need to read in media???? What is that. Of course I'm alarmed when my results are not positive. I do not want to wait for a call. I have the right to read this results like other test results.

The doctor who did my EMG, and her assistant, were very friendly and efficient. They made what otherwise is an uncomfortable procedure almost enjoyable!

She listened very well and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. Really liked her thoroughness and expertise. I have a better understanding and feel very confident about her recommendations and the follow-up plan.

Always a joy to see Dr Tower and her staff.

I've been going through this medical system for the last two years.And there are a few people that stand out to me as far as how comfortable I was made to feel, how well I've been heard listened to and respected, and Kara is definitely one of them. She was gentle, which was so important with my situation, extremely accommodating, as far as how to position me due to the fact, it's very difficult for me to lay on my back. It was a painful experience, but seriously, the way I was treated by BOTH women made it so much more tolerable. I would refer my loved ones to her which says it all for me ??

Dr. Tower is the BEST!!!! She's always friendly, listens to me, explains EVERYTHING so I understand AND is obviously very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Tower is the best. I go to her every 12 weeks for Botox injections for migraines. She does such a great job that I barely feel them. She keeps me comfortable and relaxed and it goes very quickly. She has helped me get my life back.

I was told that a report would be available in a day or two after my exam on MyChart. Still nothing.

My entire visit with the staff was outstanding. Dr. Tower listened intently to every question that I asked and provided me with answers to every topic that I asked about.

Dr. Tower took time to discuss my health issues and reviewed the results of recent tests.

I saw Dr. Tower instead of my usual provider because I needed to reschedule some appointments. She had already discussed my treatments with my usual provider and clearly outlined the differences in the way she administers treatment. She was kind and clearly communicated with me throughout the appointment. I really appreciated her willingness to listen to me and to chat during the appointment since it's a fairly painful procedure. If I didn't already love my primary provider so much, I would definitely want to work with Dr. Tower regularly. 10/10, highly recommended, very grateful for the excellent care she provides!

Early appointment so came early especially for parking.. Everyone very professional + with questions all went well.. Hopefully get answers on my tests soon + hopefully get next appointment with - in reasonable time..Too many comments from patients as have to wait for appointments / tests etc way too long..

It would be nice to be able to make appointments in a timely manner rather than book something two months out, and pray for a cancelation! That is rediculous! Explain to me how one can plan for things in this method? Because there is none!

why when i check in online and at desk why does your computer ask if 1 am there yet

Dr. Tower is a warm and wonderful neurologist. I will always trust my care to her.

I was pleased with her assessment and possible solutions. I would recommend Dr. Tower to anyone with neurological logical issues.
