    I have no idea who this lady is. I had no idea. I thought I was going to get a video visit. I had no idea. She sent a prescription. I wasn't happy with this service at all.

    The answer is not always a medication. Sometimes a solution can come from a trained professional listening, diagnosing, and treating. Having to make an appointment to get referred somewhere else is ridiculous and a waste of time, money, energy, and resources. When a single mom has to make an appointment for a GI issue and isn't allowed to see a GI doctor until they see a 'family medicine' doctor first, it's frustrating. It costs me an extra $300+, just for yet another doctor to ask the same set of questions, and that could have been done over the phone. This is a broken system.

    I did not like the new forms I had to fill out online. They were difficult to understand if I could not have a person explaining the questions to me.

    The communication between the departments needs to be better. The provider I worked with referred me to optical for further testing. She said that they were expecting me via her phone call to the department. When I went up to the department, no one knew I was coming. Optical was able to get me in through the walk in appointment system, but no one, including the Optometrist, knew why I was there.

    Emplify/ Gundersen- honestly get it together. You are losing great doctors and providing terrible care now. Also the surprise bill act I had sign for an e- visit what a joke. And it's now $100 for e-visit. Your staff is unnecessarily strict on the e-visit, providing no care or medicine. You shouldn't even have that function on your website. The staff always says no to a medical request. I have a severe sinus infection and was denied. What's the point of an e-visit if you're always being told no. This clinic is becoming a joke. My primary care doctor (who left) was the one doing the e-visit before and he was wonderful! Perhaps you need to an audit and figure out your staff / change your policy's ?

    The gentleman checking me in was not engaging. He made minimal to no eye contact which made it feel as though I was intruding in on his work. He was much more pleasant when I checked out.

    Very helpful in explaining the process of taking a urine sample and that it may take a few days to grow the culture for deciding what antibiotic to use.
