Care was great. The manager even brought me a cup of water to my exam room.

I feel Kallie was very knowledgeable. There seems to be a couple of misses though that I realized after my appt. She ordered me a prescription to start per GI but when I got to the pharmacy they said it wasn't scheduled to be filled until 3 days later, this was not discussed at my appt. I sent a my chart message and received a message back saying it would be filled that day. Kallie also ordered a scope for me and said the schedulers would call me but that has not happened. I reached out and they told me to contact GI again, this wasn't what was discussed. I reached out to GI and was told the scope was ordered but I needed a consult first, this was also not discussed. I feel I keep hitting road blocks while still struggling with the whole reason I came in in the first place.

The NP I met with went above and beyond to help me find a location nearest my home with openings within my timing need. She was fantastic.

All the medical workers including the staffs at the desk who I met during my visit were very kind and generous. I felt at ease. I would definitely satisfied with Emplify.

Front check in staff were friendly and we laughed together! Liked the provider, first time seeing her!!

Everyone was great. I have had negative experiences with video visits connecting and waiting. I would much rather have a phone call.

This provider is wonderful.

I did find out on this visit that my child was given a vaccination on a previous visit that I specifically asked them not to give. I asked for clarification at the time and the nurse told me the vaccine was not included in what he was getting. However at this visit the provider said he had gotten that. This is upsetting to me that my child was given something that I did not approve of.

Front desk check in staff was rude and line for check out was long

I have experienced this for the past few years now, I do not like that my daughter is taken away without me and that the entire exam and conversations are being had without me. I'm this case, 40 minutes had passed, I finally went to the counter and asked where my daughter was and went to her exam room myself! By the time I got there the conversation made it sound like my daughter was suicidal and needs counseling. She's not, but thanks a lot for adding THAT stress to my plate!

She is a great understanding doctor and I appreciate her very much and would definitely refer her to others
