The appointment desk was very understaffed for the volume of patients going in and out. Our only positive note was that our wait time after we checked in was short. Once we were in our appointment, I feel like our visit was rushed and our concerns were not addressed. The provider was not thorough during the examination even though we were referred to this department by our family medicine physician and our dentist for concerns.

Had to sit in the waiting room for an extended period of time. We watched other people co.e and go while we were still waiting. It would have been appreciated if someone had come and told us why we were waiting so long.

Access and scheduling were my biggest issue. The 2 MA's that tried to flush my plugged ear were unsuccessful at my wellness check. The first appointment in ENT offered was over 2 months out. A nurse called for me and got an appointment a month sooner. I called for a cancellation opening and lucked out. My care was excellent once I got in

I would liked to have resolved my issue. I have been dealing with my problem for several months now. Hopefully what my last PA prescribed will help.

Fantastic provider. Did an excellent job. So gentle. No pain and now have clean ears. Coming back yearly to her. Highly satisfied

Kadence was very respectful and took time to answer all of my questions.

She was great with our daughter and was very thorough. We were aware of the plan and what to do.

I was sent up to see the ENT. She was nice and all. I did not get any answers as to what is wrong. I feel like this was a pointless appointment, waste of time and money. I was told the same things my normal doctor had already told me. I was not pleased one bit. I had to take off work and drive 45 min to an appointment that did nothing for me. It was a pointless appointment. Not happy one bit.

As soon as Kadence walked in the door, she made us feel comfortable. She made my husband realize that all of her knowledge and help would help him. And she proceeded to do all the necessary procedures to help him that day. Just her presence and her personality and her care was excellent. I would recommend her for any person in my family. She's wonderful and I can see how Amplify Health is having her as a doctor or PA is a tremendous asset to your system. We really liked her and we'll use her again. She was great. Okay, thank you.

Disappointed with not seeing my healthcare provider until about 35 minutes after my scheduled time. This made me late to a work meeting.

It would be so helpful if the appointment information would state clearly where the appointment is located, ie, main clinic, take elevator B to 5th floor. We live 2 hours away and I always call to get these directions. I would appreciate if it would be included with the appointment info Thank you
