As soon as Kadence walked in the door, she made us feel comfortable. She made my husband realize that all of her knowledge and help would help him. And she proceeded to do all the necessary procedures to help him that day. Just her presence and her personality and her care was excellent. I would recommend her for any person in my family. She's wonderful and I can see how Amplify Health is having her as a doctor or PA is a tremendous asset to your system. We really liked her and we'll use her again. She was great. Okay, thank you.

Disappointed with not seeing my healthcare provider until about 35 minutes after my scheduled time. This made me late to a work meeting.

It would be so helpful if the appointment information would state clearly where the appointment is located, ie, main clinic, take elevator B to 5th floor. We live 2 hours away and I always call to get these directions. I would appreciate if it would be included with the appointment info Thank you

Improve the parking. I can't park in the lower part of the parking ramp it makes me claustrophobic. The day I was there valet parking was backed up. I drove around 10 minutes waiting for a spot to open up. I was almost late for my appointment

Very busy that day and had to wait 1/2.hour past my appointment to get in. They were running behind schedule

After I returned home I had questions about my post op time. Can not find a way to ask those questions. Good instructions while I was there. After surgery folder is generalized and not specific to my surgery

Kadence and her nurse were wonderful. They were timely, took time to listen to me, explain things to me, and treated me like a person. The only concern I had was the receptionist said I was checked in and after 30 minutes of waiting, I went and asked about being checked in and she did not fully check me in. So I had to wait past my appointment time and it looks like I was late when I really was not. I was actually 15 minutes earlier than my check in time. So my overall wait time in the lobby was 45 minutes.

I ended up waiting 30-35 minutes for my appointment. Turns out the check in person must not have completely checked me in or marked me as arrived. Very glad the person who roomed me came out and called for me. Maybe next time check earlier so everybody's time isn't wasted. Otherwise, medical staff and check out scheduler was amazing!

She listens with compassion and concern and I never feel my questions are not important. I thank her and feel would be nice to have more providers like her.
