I wish they had informed me that Emplify was out of my insurance coverage umbrella. I would have been required to pay myself for new hearing aides without my ample insurance coverage. I unfortunately had to go elsewhere to get insurance coverage. Time for emplify to make a deal & get coverage back.

Dr. Wilson is an excellent audiologist and a wonderful and caring person. He is always very friendly and listens to my questions and clearly explains things. During my appointment this week we discussed possible reasons as to why my right ear has more hearing loss than my left ear. I learned that one cause could be because I shoot a gun left-handed. Dr. Wilson then explained the reason. He is a great provider, and I have recommended him to both my family and my friends.

Dr. Wilson is excellent at his job. I enjoy meeting with him because he is clear, concise and knowledgeable. Additionally, he is always very genuine in his interactions.
