I trust Dr. Wilson. He is very easy to understand.

I think the Audiology department needs more help. It takes forever to get an appointment. I'm afraid to spend more money for hearing aids, only to wait for months for an adjustment or consult. I think they also should offer some of the less expensive models for trial.

Dr. Wilson is excellent!

My chart is way too for me. Not necessarily this visit, but when I have multiple appointments in a day. It seems like I have to answer the same questions for each appointment and it's frustrating.

Dr. Wilson and his intern (I cannot remember her first name) were both very nice, knowledgeable, and patiently explained things to me until I understood. They did an excellent job accessing my hearing loss and making changes in my hearing aids to vastly improve my hearing.

Dr. Wilson is great to work with and explains everything about my hearing aids. He's very kind and considerate.

The only thing I did not give a perfect response to was scheduling the appointment which was rescheduled 2-3 times but I had no problem with that. Dr. Wilson could not be nicer. He is quick yet efficient and never made me feel rushed. He's professional. He's thorough. Most importantly for me he explains things in a way that even I can understand. Equally important, he writes down a lot of what he says including prices and insurance for hearing aids. He doesn't shy away from that. He suggested but did not pressure hearing aids for me. He answered all my questions. Honestly, I could not be happier with him.

Dr. Wilson is great. He is very thorough and makes the visit a pleasant experience.

I have noticed that the Audiologist and some RNs have been called Doctors at appointments. They are not MD's. I don't like this. Just makes me thing you are trying to justify the cost.

I wish they had informed me that Emplify was out of my insurance coverage umbrella. I would have been required to pay myself for new hearing aides without my ample insurance coverage. I unfortunately had to go elsewhere to get insurance coverage. Time for emplify to make a deal & get coverage back.

Dr. Wilson explains my hearing issues with me and made suggestions with my insurance being canceled next year on whether to purchase new ones before the end of the year or not. He is leaving the choice up to me as he has always done. No pressure. Would follow advice if needed something done. I could have stayed in Hillsboro for my appointment but really like Dr. Wilson.
